The health, safety and wellbeing of our students is a priority at Roebuck Primary School. If your child has a medical condition or health care requirement, including asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis, diabetes, epilepsy/seizures, or any diagnosed medical condition, parents and carers are required to provide the school with current medical information and complete the appropriate health care documentation. This ensures staff are aware of your child's specific needs and can respond appropriately if required.
If your child requires medication to be administered during school hours, parents and carers must complete the relevant medication authority forms and provide medication in its original packaging with clear instructions. Families are asked to notify the school of any changes to their child's medical condition, emergency contacts, or treatment plans throughout the year to ensure our records remain accurate and up to date.
Please contact the school office if you require assistance with completing medical paperwork or updating your child's health information.
